Priscilla
The winged demon who killed Teresa, lost her memories, and became a child again.
Priscilla is the primary adversary of Clare and a unique figure in Claymore history. Originally assigned to lead an execution team against Teresa, she killed Teresa after her Yoki concealment failed to prevent defeat. Priscilla fully awakened into a winged, one-horned demonic humanoid form, destroying the rest of the execution team while ignoring Clare. Uniquely among Awakened Beings, she later reverts to human form and regresses into childhood, losing her memory entirely. She is attached to Raki due to the scent of Teresa he carries from his past exposure to Clare.

Lore & Background
Priscilla's power is extraordinary; she can fight without using Yoki at all, effectively concealing her presence from other sister warriors. Despite holding the ability to hide her Yoki, she was defeated by Teresa of the Faint Smile during an execution team mission against Teresa. In desperation, Priscilla began releasing her Yoki and eventually killed Teresa. Afterward, she fully awakened into a winged, one-horned demonic humanoid form. She destroyed the execution team but ignored Clare. Priscilla then flew to parts unknown. Eventually, she met and defeated Isley and Rigaldo. Following these victories, she reverted to human form and regressed into childhood, losing all memory of her past deeds. Isley swore allegiance to her, promising to take her south.
In Their Own Story
Near the end of the anime, Priscilla regained her memories and battled Clare, mistakenly believing her to be Teresa. During this confrontation, Raki protected Priscilla, telling Clare that she must not give into her desire for revenge as it would make her no better than a Yoma. Consequently, her life was spared. Isley arrived to take her away with him as she once again regressed to her childlike persona. Prior to this climax, she had defeated powerful Awakened Beings like Isley and Rigaldo before losing herself in childhood regression.
Reader's Guide
Priscilla is the main adversary of Clare, defined by her ability to fight without Yoki, which allows her to hide her presence from other warriors. She holds a unique status: she can fully awaken into a winged, one-horned demonic humanoid form but also revert to human form and regress into childhood, losing her memory in the process. Her connection to Clare is pivotal; she was assigned to lead an execution team against Teresa, whom she killed after Teresa defeated the rest of the team despite Priscilla's Yoki concealment. In the final anime arc, she regains memories, battles Clare thinking she is Teresa, but is spared when Raki intervenes. Isley then takes her away as she reverts to a childlike state.
